Coach Serrano's Bio

I am entering my 6th year as an athletic trainer and 1st year as a Frisco ISD employee. I was previously with Children's Health Andrews Institute and outreached to Lawler/Wester middle schools this past school year.

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX and attended Crowley High School. I attended Texas Christian University for undergrad where I received my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree. I then attended the University of North Texas for graduate school and was a graduate assistant athletic trainer. After graduate school I was hired full time at North Texas where I worked with football/men's golf my first year and women's volleyball/tennis my second year.

In my spare time I like to work out, spend time with family, friends, and of course my dog, as well as watch TCU football. I currently reside in Lewisville, TX and have a 3-year-old German Shepherd named Bleu. I am very excited to be apart of the Reedy Lion family and look forward to meeting students and parents!
